Arbor Trust Wealth Advisors, LLC, an Ann Arbor based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking an Investment Analyst / Financial Planning Paraplanner. This position is responsible for providing direct support to a team of five Financial Advisors and two Financial Planners. This will be a cross-functional role focusing on market research, investment analysis, performance monitoring and preparing detailed financial reports along with gathering client data, and completing initial data entry into our financial planning system. It will also include daily activities such as completing and maintaining tasks through client relationship management software, scheduling internal meetings, preparing meeting follow ups, maintaining client files through electronic storage software, and other duties as appropriate.
This role requires on-site work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with remote work on Mondays and Fridays as optional. There will be some required in-office days on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. Series 66 securities license may be required within six months of employment.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the wealth management industry preferred.
Proficiencies: Microsoft Office and Adobe. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Preferred previous experience with E-Money, Salesforce, Morningstar, Charles Schwab, Laserfiche, and Envestnet.
Competencies: Commitment to work effectively within a team, utilizing a humble but confident mindset. Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to meeting deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced office. Ability to adhere to compliance requirements of an RIA regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
