We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, inventory control, fleet maintenance, and compliance while leading a team to success.
What You’ll Do:
Supply Chain & Inventory Management

Manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution.

Ensure the accuracy of picking and packing processes in line with packing lists.

Oversee shipment preparation for timely deliveries.
-
Monitor and control inventory while managing fleet maintenance.
Transportation & Shipping
-
Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
-
Match trucks and equipment to load sizes efficiently.
-
Track shipments using Motive Tracking and address delivery issues.
-
Monitor driver schedules, road times, and overall transportation performance.

Develop KPIs to enhance delivery efficiency.
Fleet & Budget Management

Oversee fleet maintenance, including trucks, trailers, and equipment.

Control repair costs and negotiate pricing for rentals, equipment, and supplies.

Manage fuel, oils, and other necessary vehicle fluids.

Conduct weekly inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Develop and analyze transportation budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Team Leadership & Communication

Recruit, train, and manage logistics staff, including truck drivers.

Assign additional tasks to drivers when not on the road.

Foster collaboration between sales, production, and distribution teams.

Address customer inquiries and resolve shipping concerns.

Maintain authority to hire and manage team performance.
Safety & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols.

Conduct training and inspections to maintain regulatory adherence.

Keep accurate records for cab cards, plates, insurance, and daily logs.

Ensure proper licensing and compliance for all freight operations.
What We’re Looking For:

5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations.

Leadership experience with a focus on team management and performance.

Knowledge of CDOT regulations and motor carrier compliance.

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for cost efficiency.

Experience with logistics tracking software (Motive Tracking preferred).

Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple priorities.
-
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Work Environment & Travel:

Office setting with occasional hands-on support in logistics operations.

Frequent travel as needed to support distribution and fleet management.
Physical Demands:
