Position Overview:
As the ADON, you will serve as a key leader in the nursing department, working closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide guidance to our nursing staff. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the DON in planning, developing, and directing the overall nursing operations of the facility.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
- Monitor compliance with regulations and facility policies, addressing any areas of concern promptly.
- Participate in resident care planning and case reviews.
- Lead staff training initiatives to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Texas- preferred
- At minimum an LVN license is required
- Compassion for patient care and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
