Position Overview:
As an LPN, you will play a key role in the day-to-day care of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assist in developing patient care plans, and work closely with RNs and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license in TX.
- Compassion for patient care and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
