Job Type Full-timeDescriptionHandyman / Maintenance TechnicianPerforms routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and other facility maintenance tasks.Monitors the general appearance and cleanliness of the facility on an ongoing basis and addresses problems as they arise.Monitors operations of facility and agency equipment including IT, heating and A / C, plumbing, electrical systems, agency vehicles and other equipment; performs routine repairs.Monitors adequate inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies; advises when any supply inventory gets low. Responds to client or staff maintenance as needed or assigned.Provides transportation duties including picking up agency supplies as needed. Requirements High school or equivalency diploma and related. Experience providing routine facility maintenance and repairs. Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds. Valid Drivers License.This is a PRN (as-needed) position, meaning shifts will vary based on facility needs. Salary Description Starting at $20 / hour
