Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, contracts, and tenant files using property management software such as Skyline.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with leasing activities, including conducting property tours and processing applications.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing documents, managing phone communications, and maintaining organized office operations.
- Assist in preparing reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and other property performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and vendors.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to assist in leasing efforts is a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Experience using property management software (Skyline) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
