Arborist Enterprises is a locally owned and operated tree, shrub, and lawn care company in South Eastern, PA. We're looking to hire an Arborist Consultant to join our experienced team of sales and industry professionals.
Our Arborist Consultants recommend tree, shrub, and lawn care services to new and existing residential and commercial clients. Individuals in this role are goal-driven and conscientious with excellent relationship skills. Arborist Consultants are responsible for growing existing accounts in tandem with generating new residential and commercial service opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Providing solutions to new and existing customers by promoting our company and services.
- Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism when visiting a customer’s property.
- Independently managing workload, schedule, and appointments.
- Identify, prospect, qualify, present, and close new service opportunities.
- Continuous education on industry-related knowledge, processes, and safety standards to maintain subject matter expert status in relatable disciplines.
- Be a team player and supporting member of the entire Arborist Enterprises community.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Arboricultural relatable experience.
- Current or former ISA Certified Arborist, and willingness to obtain.
- Relatable degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Possess and maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
- Ability to pass company-issued substance, physical, and background screenings.
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays when requested.

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000
