Scheduler
We are looking for a reliable Scheduler to join our Team! ArborNature Tree Experts is a locally owned and operated business on Hilton Head Island, serving the Low Country since 2011.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a scheduling role with administrative experience.
Candidate must excel at prioritizing and working with a Team.
Responsibilities include:
Speak with Customers over the phone to schedule appointments both for Sales Reps and Work Crews.
Review accepted proposals and schedule to the correct crew. This includes Tree Crew, Stump Grinding, Debris Pick up and Plant Health Care.
Enter services into Crew calendars and update as necessary with new information as it comes in.
Contact customer with scheduled appointment or work to be completed. (add, cancel or reschedule appointments)
Create Work orders for all crews daily listing jobs/objectives for each crew – includes cover sheet and actual work order.
Update Crew calendar daily to reflect work completed and reschedule work if not completed.
Coordinate Traffic Control plans for approval as necessary for the City of Savannah
Schedule DBE for City of Savannah.
Submitting Tree Permits to POA, Town Offices.
Update information in custom database as required.
Resolve customer services issues.
Run Open work order report on Friday to be sure no jobs were missed.
Answer multi line telephone (backup).
Billing: Create invoices for all Tree Services daily – including entering crew times into ArborGold prior to billing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
