Arbors Management is currently hiring for a full-time Assistant Property Manager located in Delmont, PA. This position is responsible for ensuring apartments are rented, completing HUD paperwork, screening prospective tenants and assisting the property manager with all other daily activities.

Core responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager will include:
- Screening prospective tenants by phone and in person
- Ensuring all paperwork for move in & out’s is completed correctly
- Assisting with scheduling resident activities
- Collection of current and past due rent
- Scanning / filing of documents
- Assisting with compliance audits
Qualifications for the Assistant Property Manager include:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Section 8 / HUD experience preferred
- Software experience in Boston Post, Appfolio, Yardi or similar is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Must have reliable transportation outside of a bus line
