Arbors Management Inc. has a new opening for a Regional Property Manager. This position will be based in our Corporate office in Monroeville, PA and will travel to properties in and around the Pittsburgh area. The Regional Property Manager will directly oversee site staff including: Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Community Assistants and Resource Coordinators. They will also work closely with the Director of Maintenance and the site Maintenance staff.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Salary is $60-70K based on experience.
As the Regional Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting a portfolio of 8-10 properties monthly
- Meet with Property Managers at every visit and the entire property staff quarterly
- Complete inspections on interior and exterior conditions as well as vacant units
- Monitor vacancy turn-overs including time to completion and time to occupancy
- Work with the Director on annual budgets
- Complete quarterly review of budget variances
- Handle escalated resident complaints
- Quarterly review of bad debts and write-offs
- Work with the Director of Compliance on any compliance related issues
- Conduct performance reviews of direct reports
- Approve time for all direct reports and review time for all site staff
- Coordinate with HR department for all new hires and terminations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the Regional Property Manager include:
- Associates degree or higher in a business related field
- 5 years experience in Property Management
- Experience working with Project Based Section 8, Tax Credit and Market Rate housing
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Google software and Property Management Software
- Ability to travel throughout the Pittsburgh and surrounding region, typically within a 100 mile radius
- Must pass pre-employment screenings - Reference, Drug and Criminal
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
