Cannabis Delivery Driver
Arborside is a reputable and fast-growing cannabis dispensary dedicated to providing high-quality cannabis products to our valued customers. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Cannabis Delivery Driver and Packaging Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and securely, while also maintaining the quality packaging standards that reflect our commitment to excellence. This position will also be trained to work as a receptionist. We are looking to hire part-time to start, but this position can end up being full-time based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities:
1. Cannabis Pre Roll Production & Packaging:
- Produce high-quality in-house pre rolls using a Futurola cone filling machine
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements for handling and packaging cannabis products.
2. Order Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with the order fulfillment team to gather and organize customer orders accurately.
- Prepare packages for delivery, double-checking to guarantee order accuracy and completeness.

3. Delivery Services:
- Operate the company-provided vehicle to deliver cannabis products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with customers.
- Verify customer identification and ensure legal compliance in accordance with local laws and regulations.
4. Front Desk Operations
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dispensary with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
- Assist customers in signing in, verifying their age and identification in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and current promotions to enhance the customer experience.
5. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring proper documentation of delivery times, customer signatures, and any special instructions.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to keep them informed about delivery status and any relevant updates.
6. Inventory Management:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or excess stock to the inventory management team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
7. Compliance and Safety:
- Stay up-to-date with local and state regulations related to cannabis delivery and packaging.
- Follow all safety guidelines for vehicle operation, including responsible driving practices and maintenance checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of cannabis products and their different forms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting delivery schedules.
- Knowledge of local cannabis regulations and laws (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 lbs.
- Must be 26 years of age or older.
