Job Summary: The E-Commerce Coordinator plays a key role in managing Arborwear’s online presence, ensuring smooth operations of client webstores, promotional campaigns, and E-Commerce strategies. This role supports internal teams and external vendors to enhance the user experience and optimize digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Coordination
- Maintain and update client webstores and Arborwear.com, managing content, photography, and product configurations using WooCommerce and ERP tools.
- Respond to product and logo update requests across webstore instances.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, including coupon code generation, auditing product/web page content, and analyzing post-campaign results.
- Provide data insights to sales and accounting teams, including order, promotion, and product analytics.
Vendor Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with external vendors, web developers, and API partners to deliver E-Commerce projects aligned with company goals.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for new webstore functionalities, including API/ERP integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement website enhancements that improve the user experience.
- Manage project timelines, communicate goals, and ensure stakeholder alignment on E-Commerce initiatives.
Product & Content Management
- Audit and update product attributes across webstores, ensuring accurate representation of content, photos, specifications, and customer reviews.
- Partner with product development and marketing teams to update product features and benefits on E-Commerce platforms.
- Implement robust product categorization and search filters to enhance the shopping experience.
- Analyze Google Analytics, web search data, and industry trends to recommend improvements in product presentation and E-Commerce content.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
- Review campaign results and sales data to inform future strategies and improvements.
- Stay current on E-Commerce trends, tools, and best practices to enhance digital operations.
- Document processes, manage time effectively, and provide insights to internal teams.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a systematic approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage a detailed workload with short deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms such as WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, API integrations, and SEO best practices.
