ArborWorks is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in utility vegetation management and related markets. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with leadership to execute strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the utility vegetation management space, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive research to uncover emerging trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities while helping shape strategies for expansion.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts to identify bidding opportunities, develop RFPs, and create successful client engagement strategies.
Account Management & Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services within existing accounts.
Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs, utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, and regularly update leadership on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
General knowledge of vegetation management principles preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to work in a field and office setting, travel, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Work environment includes frequent public contact and both field and office settings.
