Responsibilities:
Branches Outpatient (A Program of Arbour Hospital) is seeking a Full-Time Clinician for our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent Master’s level graduate or an experienced licensed clinician who is passionate about working with underserved patient populations. This is a full time, Monday – Friday, 40 hour per week position at Branches Outpatient located at 157 Green Street in Jamaica Plain, MA. This position requires the ability to work during the academic year.

Responsibilities
- Assesses the needs of clients and eligibility for services
- Conducts group and individual therapy in accordance with assessed client recovery needs
- Completes treatment and discharge plans
- Maintains family, and all collateral contact, as relevant
- Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Develops and maintains client case records, notes, plans, and reports
- Coordinates, arranges and monitors continuity of care
- Accepts supervision, and attends regularly-scheduled team, or supervision meetings including Utilization Review Team

Qualifications:
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field
- License eligible as a LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LDAC is required; current LCSW, LICSW, LHMC, or LMFT is preferred
- Ability to work during the academic year. Academic calendar year is subject to change
