Job Requirements and Compensation

This highly rewarding position offers an hourly wage based on skills and experience during the 90 day trial period and allows great opportunity for growth and advancement based on individual performance. Annual pay is estimated at $40,000 to $45,000 for this starting position. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm (40 hours per week), with some flexibility required for finishing time as jobs vary and may include additional overtime pay.

Job Responsibilities

The Field Crew Installation Technician position is responsible for the initial set up of high speed Internet service for customers. This involves traveling to the customers location, installing equipment at the customers location, and also includes troubleshooting, servicing and repairing Internet service for customers. You will be working with a partner daily, so good communication and teamwork skills are necessary. Further details of duties will be provided to applicants.

Job Requirements
-Must have a valid drivers license
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Must be able to speak clearly, concisely, and communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner
-Six months experience in telecommunications, electrical, construction or related field preferred
-Working knowledge of handheld electronics, including smart phones, iPad's, etc. preferred

Physical Requirements
-Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
-Must be able to climb and use ladders comfortably
-Must be able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces
-Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
