Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with management regarding scheduling issues, customer complaints, and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety procedures and guidelines, including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
- Ensure all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards.
- Clean the customer service areas, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by following company cash handling policies.
- Contribute to the team's success by communicating effectively with other Customer Service Representatives.
- Acknowledge and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
