Shift Manager
We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team at Arby's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.

- Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth operation of shifts.
- Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and comply with all labor laws.
- Ensure all aspects of the operation are running smoothly, including service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in foodservice experience.
- Serve Safe Certification or willingness to obtain (training may be provided).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
