As a Backline worker, at one of our Arby’s Restaurants, you will be an important member of OUR TEAM and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. With strong performance, you can progress from Team Member to Team Leader to Assistant Manager, with possibilities for further advancement. We will teach you everything else you need to know. Hours: Day and evening Hours available . It is our team member’s responsibility to always maintain a professional, neat, clean and pleasing appearance towards our customers. We require our employees to be well groomed – men that means clean cut and clean shaven; women, hair must be cleaned and neatly pulled back with minimal jewelry and clean/manicured nails.
