Responsibilities
- Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service to customers, ensuring they meet their needs and create a positive experience.
- Ensure the restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules and maintaining inventory levels.
- Maintain an inviting and positive work environment by using coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring the right fit applicants.
- Supply sufficient levels of product to meet customer satisfaction by overseeing routine ordering and inventory practices.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines.
- Remain calm and utilize knowledge to help diffuse and resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns.
- Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with the District Manager each period, taking action to solve problems as necessary.
Requirements
- The desire to grow and succeed in your personal and professional development.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and use hands to prepare sandwiches.
- Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
- At least 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education.
- Adequate driving record, including a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
- Background check completed satisfactorily and be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
