The Specialist of Activations and Social is responsible for participating in the execution and reporting of all brand social and cultural activation activities. The role will partner closely with the Manager of Social and other IMC functions (Advertising & Merchandising), agencies, and cross-functional teams to tap into culture. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about social media and have their finger on the pulse of culture and social trends.

Responsibilities
Social Strategy, Execution, & Reporting
- Support the Manager, Social in the development of the annual brand engagement and organic social channel strategy with the creative agency
- Monitor and report on analytics across social channels including usable insights applied to content creation and execution
- Partner with Advertising, Media Strategy, and Biddable teams to ensure cohesive social boosting execution across channels and platforms
- Partner with the Guest Support and Brand Reputation Teams to manage customer service / PR related concerns
- Maintain monthly social media content calendar by scheduling upcoming social media content
- Seek out and identify opportunities for the brand to join social conversations in authentic ways that bring positive attention to the Arby’s brand
- Report on social listening to determine the social conversation around select products and/or promotions using social platforms like Sprinklr
- Support the generation and development of activation ideas that drive engagement and affinity for the Arby’s brand
- Partner with internal team members to develop an annual activation calendar
- Collaborate with internal & agency teams to execute experiential events & content capture
- Assisting with the management of project timelines and status reports
- Collaborate with PR team on influencer vetting process
- Execute Arby’s surprise and delight initiatives by engaging with consumers and influencers
Preferred Minimum: 4 year degree
Experience Qualification
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to identify cultural trends and provide recommendations on how to execute
- Displays knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and software, specifically Sprinklr
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks
- Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
- Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
