Duties

• Lead and mentor team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Manage daily operations, including sales management, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory management processes.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight related to retail operations.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in inventory management and control processes within a retail setting.
• Familiarity with wireless sales techniques is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
