Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Life Coach to join our residential program team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a supportive environment that encourages optimal personal development, provides person-directed services, and ensures the health and safety of individuals served.
- Regulatory and Corporate Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures; ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and legible; follow incident management processes;
- Financial Management: Assist with ensuring adherence to annual budget, manage individual funds accurately, complete personal allowance documentation and other financial documentation according to procedure;
- Person-Centered Services: Provide services to individuals as planned in their Individual Service Plan (ISP), which includes the person's Individual Protective Oversight Plan (IPOP), Residential Habilitation Plan, Support Plans, Day Habilitation Plan, and/or other safeguards, ensure all related documentation is completed;
- Program Standard: Maintain an environment in the program that encourages and facilitates optimal personal development, complete assigned daily responsibilities, complete shift overlaps and specific duties as assigned, if applicable;
