About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. In this role, you'll be a key partner to our management team and employees, providing comprehensive HR support across all facets of the employee lifecycle. You'll drive initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and development, contributing directly to our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, fostering a strong sense of belonging.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations of employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee attendance and performance management programs.
Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Administer FMLA and other leave programs, providing clear guidance and support to employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
- Maintain and update company policy and procedure documentation as needed.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the development of a strong safety culture through participation in safety committees.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and headcount, to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and improve HR related KPI's.
Collaborative Partnership:
- Collaborate with the HR Manager/VP of HR on strategic HR initiatives and projects.
- Actively participate in HR-related committees and activities, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with a proven track record of success in all core HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite
- Paycom experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
