About the Role: Parent Facilitator
- Utilize your experience, education, and training to improve families’ positive relationships and functioning.
- Complete comprehensive assessments.
- Facilitate the development of Family Nurturing Plans.
- Facilitate in-home family sessions through the provision of Family Nurturing Program curriculum and lessons.
- Provide families with linkages to basic needs and services.
- Plan and facilitate family group meetings and family building events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work; Child, Youth, and Family Studies; Psychology; Human Development; Special Education or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years direct experience working with children who have Developmental Disabilities required.
- Minimum one year experience providing family support services preferred.
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of current vehicle insurance coverage.
