Solar Admin Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the residential solar industry. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of solar installation projects, from obtaining permits to ensuring customer satisfaction post-installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Permit Submissions: Prepare and submit applications for necessary permits.
• PTO from Utility Company: Handle the process of obtaining Permission to Operate (PTO) from utility companies.
• Scheduling Installs: Coordinate and schedule installation dates with customers and installation teams.
• Ordering Supplies: Manage the ordering and inventory of supplies needed for installations.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate project records and data entry.
• DocuSign: Facilitate document signing through DocuSign.
• Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• M1, M2 Processes: Manage M1 and M2 processes to secure bank funding for projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within the residential solar industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and experience with DocuSign.
• Knowledge of the permit submission process and utility company requirements for PTO.
• Ability to manage supply orders and inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
