Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and door knocking.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and encourage further engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
