Our new FP&A Associate will have significant responsibility for providing financial reporting, insights, and projections to the executive leadership team in all of its sectors. This is a dynamic role and will offer career growth as our portfolio of diversified investments (including opportunistic real estate, venture capital funds and companies, alternatives generally, and public markets) continues to expand.
The Role
This new role will:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support both short-term and long-term financial planning
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to assist executive leadership in making informed strategic and tactical decisions
- Identify and understand business challenges to propose solutions for leadership consideration
- Analyze variances to forecast, budget, monthly reporting, and prior-year expenses to proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Create various ad hoc reports and perform analysis as required
Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field desirable, with graduate education a plus
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate Accounting/Finance knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
- Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
- Knowledge of Addepar and Navigator is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent understanding of data management and quantitative reporting skills
Compensation
Range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience.
