About the Role :
In this position, you will have the opportunity to combine your gaming expertise with the latest industry trends to create innovative marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, PR, digital media, CRM, and influencer marketing. You'll play a key role in monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to enhance our programs, aimed at attracting gamers and driving business growth.
This role revolves around brand management and requires excellent interpersonal skills. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from PR, social media, data analytics, platform engineering, advertising, creative teams, product management, and game developers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan by analyzing market dynamics, strategic positioning, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaign activities, analyze outcomes, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize results.
- Inspire cross-functional marketing teams to embrace the brand vision, fostering effective marketing activations.
- Work with the Creative team to produce compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee asset requests and facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring a smooth approval process in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of the go-to-market strategies.
- Play milestone builds of our developing games and provide feedback to the product management team, identifying marketing opportunities.
- Encourage close cooperation with global teams to enhance marketing efforts.
- Continuously innovate multi-channel marketing initiatives, aiming to build engaging campaigns that optimize ROI.
