- Provide direct supervision and evaluation of assigned Residential Managers.
- Work to assure each Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) is within program budget, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Promote cooperation and successful interactions by maintaining open and positive communication with people receiving services, family members, and other service providers.
- Use various software platforms for specific job functions.
- Working in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
