Residential Manager - Arc GLOW-Batavia, New York
Residential Managers at Arc GLOW oversee a single home and the employees assigned to that home. Our Managers are responsible for the operation, staffing, and quality of services while ensuring the house operates in accordance with Federal and State regulations. They provide oversight and support to those that live in the home and the employees who work there by planning, coordinating, supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere.

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
- Provide direct supervision and evaluation of employees.
- Develop, implement and monitor the Residential Habilitation plan, as well as the Life Plan for each person supported.
- Promote cooperation and successful interactions by maintaining open and positive communication with people receiving services, family members, and other service providers.
- Use various software platforms for specific job functions.
- Working in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
