FLEET PLANNING SUPPORT COORDINATOR (onsite)
Location : On-Site 705 5th Ave South, Seattle, WA 98104
ARC Group seeks a Fleet Planning Coordinator for a direct client in Seattle, WA. This is onsite and working with one of the largest global shipping companies. Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring seamless operations? Join our clients Fleet Planning team and play a critical role in onboarding Mariners, Cadets, UAs, and PICOs. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth staffing of vessels with qualified and capable crew members, making a tangible impact on the maritime industry.
What Youll Do :
- Ensure Smooth Onboarding : Verify qualifications, credentials, and training to ensure all mariners meet position requirements.
- Process Documentation : Handle onboarding paperwork, maintain accurate personnel records, and ensure compliance with medical and drug-free requirements.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with other departments, union hiring halls, and fleet planners to coordinate crew assignments.
- Maintain Compliance & Quality Standards : Track expirations, identify discrepancies, and ensure all necessary documents remain current.
- Customer Service Excellence : Provide direct communication and high-quality support to mariners regarding assignments.
- Process Improvement : Assist in streamlining departmental operations and training to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting & Administration : Generate reports on client work utilization, assignments, and other required data.
- Emergency Support : Be available after hours for urgent crew requests as needed.
