Senior Financial Analyst
Miami, Florida 33132 : Long-Term Contract (up to 24 months, potential for extension)
ARC Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) for our clients multi-billion-dollar annual operations in Miami, FL 33132. This on-site position requires immediate availability and will involve managing AR transactions, credit card disputes, promissory notes, banking databases, workflows, and system interfaces. The analyst selected will ensure accurate financial recording, monthly reconciliations, and adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal control standards. The role also involves close collaboration with IT, auditors, vendors, and accounting management to maintain efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst :
- Lead and supervise the AR team to ensure compliance with SOX and accounting policies.
- Manage and review monthly / quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and financial flux analysis.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and interfaces.
- Identify and resolve internal control issues, collaborating with internal / external auditors.
- Prepare financial schedules, audit documentation, and reports as needed.
- Oversee and drive special projects, including system enhancements and banking portal improvements.
- Support staff recruitment, performance evaluation, and training, both domestically and globally.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues in collaboration with IT and business teams.
