ARC Health OPCO (ARC) is the newest generation Management Service Organization (MSO) for mental healthcare. Headquartered in Beachwood, OH, ARC is a fast-growing, affiliation-led platform that focuses exclusively on partnering with and operating mental health practices under the ARC business model. Practice partners that are part of ARC have the benefit of being able to focus on patient care while receiving the support of experienced professionals who are committed to the growth and success of their practices. Partnering with ARC allows practices to focus on the clinical aspects of business by relieving the growing administrative burden facing healthcare practices today.

This position executes analysis and evaluation to improve the operational performance of our clinical practices and may be asked to support analysis for potential acquisition deals. In this capacity, this role will apply analytical skillsets and business insights to assess and improve business performance, to include compiling data sets from multiple businesses, building dashboards for key performance metrics, and supporting analysis for growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze and compile data sets from partner practices in line with key performance metrics
  • Develop digestible goals and visuals to include financial tear sheets, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards, and other performance-to-target metrics for partnered practices
  • Update dashboards on a weekly basis, to include recruitment, utilization, and patient intake metrics
  • Review company fundamentals and financial statements for both prospective deals and partnered practices as required
  • Support the Corporate Development and Operations team to construct valuation and operational analysis models for potential deals
  • Support the development of analytical models assessing performance of practices, to include compensation structures, pro formas for organic growth initiatives, and other business operations functions
  • As directed, coordinate with potential practice owners and brokers for prospective deals
  • As directed, gather and analyze information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities for potential acquisitions as directed
  • Support COO and regional VPs of Operations with data analysis to support partnered practices

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel and PowerPoint and Google Sheets
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze service line data, workflow, and financial information
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to abide by ethical guidelines and policies, including strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
  • Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.

  • Compensation will be local minimum wage.
  • Expected workload will 0 - 10 hours per week. Any work exceeding 10 hours per week must be approved by COO.
