We’re seeking a dynamic Accounting and Finance Operations Manager in our Canonsburg Office to oversee critical financial operations, including the Representative Payee Program and Payroll systems. This pivotal role drives policy development, enhances internal controls, and shapes a business intelligence framework to support our mission of delivering excellence.

Work Environment: Office-based with Remote Work Flexibility (1 day per week)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in business management or nonprofit accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting systems, payroll software, and business intelligence tools. (Experience with Sage Accounting and Paycom HRIS is a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit financial regulations, and process automation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
