Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Program Integrity Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and ensuring effective, data-driven behavioral services. The Behavioral Services Specialist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the highest level of care to individuals, while maintaining program compliance, integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) & Evaluations: Conduct FBAs and other relevant evaluations to assess the behavioral needs of individuals.
- Behavior Support Plans (BSPs): Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BSPs based on client needs and goals.
- Data Analysis & Tracking: Track and analyze behavioral data to evaluate the effectiveness of plans, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Program Integrity & Data Compliance: Maintain and update records for all active and potential Behavioral Development Plans (BDPs), ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Billing and Documentation: Design and implement a structured system for assessing and providing billable behavioral services to non-acuity individuals. Ensure all services are documented accurately for reimbursement.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including staff, families, and external service providers, to provide comprehensive behavioral support to individuals.
- Training & Guidance: Provide training to direct support staff on behavior intervention techniques and the implementation of BSPs.
- Behavioral Management: Participate in Behavioral Management Committee meetings, provide relevant data for decision-making, and ensure service quality and compliance.
- Program Oversight: Monitor daily data collection, conduct quality assurance (QA) checks, and provide oversight to ensure program integrity within the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) residential department.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on best practices, regulations, and trends in behavioral services to enhance program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and techniques.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of program integrity, compliance, and incident reporting requirements.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than three suspensions or points in the past three years).
