Job Summary: The Goal Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all individual goals are developed, implemented, and monitored with a high degree of integrity, individualization, and alignment with best practices. This role involves researching evidence-based methodologies, creating structured review systems, and developing tracking mechanisms to measure goal progress effectively. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide data-driven insights, recommend interventions, and enhance staff training. The role also includes compliance monitoring, ensuring goal integrity aligns with program standards and regulatory guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Project Manage committee designed to research and apply best practices in goal setting, ensuring alignment with evidence-based approaches and industry standards.
- Develop a systematic approach to reviewing and evaluating individual goals for quality, appropriateness, and effectiveness.
- Design and implement a structured tracking system to monitor goal progress and ensure timely updates based on data trends.
- Conduct regular data analysis and generate reports summarizing goal effectiveness, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure goals align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements in goal documentation.
- Conduct regular committee meetings to review goal progress, discuss challenges, and perform deep dives on cases where progress is not achieved.
- Lead the committee in making data-driven recommendations for goal adjustments, interventions, and best practices.
- Ensure committee findings are used to inform staff training, program development, and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to design, implement, and refine a dynamic, data-driven dashboard tracking key performance metrics related to goal integrity.
- Ensure effective use of electronic record systems and goal-tracking software.
- Stay informed on best practices, regulations, and trends in goal development and individual program planning.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or a related field7 years of experience in janitorial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience:
- 3-5 years in program development, goal tracking, case management, behavioral supports, or related areas.
- Experience in data analysis, progress tracking, and report generation.
- Familiarity with Assistive Technology (AT) and AI-driven tools to support goal achievement.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for goal setting and individual program planning.
- Ability to lead and facilitate interdisciplinary committees.

- Experience in disability services, vocational training, behavioral supports, or residential programming.
- Knowledge of electronic record systems and goal-tracking software.
- Previous experience in training development and facilitation.
