Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Janitorial Lead to join our growing team in Mercer County, NJ. This is a full-time position where you will supervise and mentor individuals with disabilities who have been trained to provide janitorial services. The Janitorial Lead will ensure that all custodial responsibilities are met while promoting a positive and inclusive environment for program participants.
