Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Program Integrity Specialist to ensure the effectiveness, compliance, and quality of residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I / DD). This role will be responsible for overseeing program integrity, maintaining regulatory compliance, conducting assessments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and provide oversight to Directors.

Key Responsibilities

Program Integrity Oversight : Ensure that all residential programs comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Monitor day-to-day operations and assess program effectiveness.

Quality Assurance (QA) : Perform regular quality assurance checks to maintain the integrity of clinical and residential services, ensuring that services align with individual needs and goals.

Regulatory Compliance : Stay up-to-date on relevant state and federal regulations, including those for the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and ensure compliance across all clinical and residential programs.

Data Monitoring and Analysis : Track and analyze data related to program performance, service delivery, and compliance. Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and regulatory bodies.

Program Evaluation : Conduct regular program evaluations, assess service effectiveness, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Training and Support : Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to residential and clinical teams to ensure the proper implementation of best practices and compliance standards.

Documentation and Reporting : Ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Monitor program documentation for billing, reimbursement, and service delivery accuracy.

Collaboration : Work closely with clinical staff, residential managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to service delivery and program compliance.

Operational Support : Assist with budget management, resource allocation, and operational support to ensure that programs run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical, residential, or program integrity oversight.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I / DD) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for residential and clinical services.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.

Knowledge of incident reporting, quality assurance, and program evaluation techniques.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and documentation tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive program success.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of program integrity, compliance, and incident reporting requirements.

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than three suspensions or points in the past three years).
