Position: Senior Behavioral Group Home Manager
Earn Up to $86,000 Annually
Compensation: $70,000 annually PLUS an Additional Annual Bonus of up to $16,000
Status: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm, with one overnight and one weekend a month required

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Behavioral Group Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in supporting individuals in a residential group home setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with behavioral health practices, and the ability to provide high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily activities, schedules, and budgets for group home employees and residents for one residential home.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight to group home staff to maintain high-quality standards of care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and oversee data collection and analysis.
- Monitor medication administration and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
- Perform assessments, observe behaviors, and identify target behaviors for intervention.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, community involvement, and other tasks that promote independence.
- Accompany individuals to and from various appointments.
- Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles with a focus on the DDD population, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on ABA implementation experience.
- Monitor and implement positive behavioral support practices.
- Understand and utilize data collection, analysis, and decision-making based on data trends.
- Familiarity with the ABC framework in describing and addressing behaviors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; advanced education preferred.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required or must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience directly implementing ABA interventions required.
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and positive behavioral support practices.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and overseeing initiatives.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of data collection, analysis, and interpretation for behavioral interventions.
- Familiarity with behavior assessment tools and techniques, including ABC analysis.
- Flexibility and adaptability in working with individuals with complex behavioral needs.
