Client Success Coordinator
This position allows for remote work, 5-days per week.
The Role
ETC is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to join the Education portfolio team. The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring every District Administration Leadership Institute client experiences best-in-class service.
This position is responsible for championing fulfillment of all client deliverables and communication starting with onboarding. Responsibilities include managing the implementation process, being the go-to contact for client inquiries, configuring software elements, and coordinating with other teams for complex integrations or customizations. This person must advocate for client needs, respond to feedback, and actively engage with clients to promote successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client success and adept at juggling multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business-to-business communication to track event deliverables
- Establish and maintain profitable relationships with vendors
- Serve as a project manager for successful client fulfillment.
- Arrange training sessions.
- Respond to survey feedback and address concerns.
- Provide on-site support for live events
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Conference, and Content teams to ensure project deadlines are met and all deliverables are executed on behalf of the client
- Participate in calls with Account Managers or Sales for functionality explanations or custom service documentation.
- Contribute to the building and operation of event applications and databases.
