Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated General Maintenance Worker to join our team. No experience No problem! We offer onthejob training. This role involves performing routine building maintenance tasks inspecting buildings and performing minor repairs in various trades including carpentry electrical HVAC and plumbing.
Job Duties :
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks (carpentry electrical HVAC plumbing).
- Inspect buildings to determine functionality of systems and detect malfunctions and needed repairs making notes and recommendations.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance such as replacing or repairing fixtures bulbs sockets and minor appliances.
- Perform minor plumbing maintenance such as repairing leaks unclogging drains and replacing drain hoses.
- Perform minor painting carpentry and masonry work such as preparing surfaces and applying paints stains and varnishes.
- Perform general cleaning and other duties as assigned.
