Salary: $20.00 per hour Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Process our bi-weekly payroll, reconcile payroll accounts, verify employee information, and process monthly benefits. W-2 processing, disability claims/payments/reports etc. To be successful in this role-qualified applicants must have: *High School Diploma with four (4) years Payroll/Accounting experience or Associates Degree in Accounting or Business with two (2) years Payroll/Accounting experience. *Strong accounting skills *Excellent communication skills *Proficiency in excel *Prior payroll experience with ADP (preferred) *Strong attention to detail *Innovative problem solving skills *Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously *Passion for helping others, and the ability to build relationships. *Type 55 wpm, preferred *Proficiency in MS Word, preferred The ARC of Delaware County is ab equal opportunity employer.
