Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals living with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals. As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while developing your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Transport individuals using agency-provided vans, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferable skills that relate to serving this population.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and required trainings.
- A valid driver's license, minimum three-year acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or GED.
