Administrative Support Specialist
Arc of Onondaga - Community Supports Division
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for all Community Supports Programs. Responsibilities include maintaining systems, information and computer databases and files for financial and administrative management information. Tasks are accomplished by utilizing effective communication skills and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times when interacting with employees, families and the people we support.
Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma
- Related administrative experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals above standards
- Administrative and communications skills to fulfill the position requirements
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office operating systems
- Excellent skills in organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are required
- Reliable transportation for travel-related assignments within Onondaga County
