The ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a dedicated Intensive Behavior Assistant Residential Manager to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Ensure behavior plans are implemented and data is collected.
- Maintain staffing ratios and address scheduling issues.
- Review progress notes, medication logs, and IPPs.
- Assist with meal preparation and community activities.
- Supervise staff and ensure quality care.
- Conduct residential meetings and encourage individual input.
- Report incidents and allegations of abuse.
- Provide transportation for individuals.
- Assist with licensing processes and emergency preparedness.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with interruptions
