The ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a passionate Therapeutic Intervention Program (TIP) Center Director to lead and expand our impactful programs. As the TIP Center Director, you will oversee the program’s financial health, expansion, and daily operations. This leadership role requires strong community engagement, staff supervision, and program development skills to ensure the center’s success.
Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily operations and program development
✅ Supervise staff and coverage for programs and events
✅ Identify and secure grant funding
✅ Manage budget and financial planning
✅ Coordinate community outreach
✅ Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
✅ Maintain facility and transportation oversight
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration or related field preferred
Bachelor’s Degree OR Five (5) years of experience in program development or related field
Experience in program development and leadership
Strong grant writing and budget management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
