What you will do:
Empower people to live their best life by providing inclusive and family-centered supports
- Adhere to Arc Core Values of Respect, Collaboration, and Empowerment
- Manage administrative duties including creating and managing the site schedule, payroll, and budget oversight
- Manage staff and training including hiring, providing ongoing feedback and support, modeling, ongoing communication, etc.
- Understand and assist the team in implementing funder and agency requirements related to compliance, quality, unit utilization, and record-keeping
- Build and maintain relationships and communication with families, participants, residential teams, behavioral support teams, other agency departments, community partners, and funders
- Advocate for persons supported in all aspects of their lives
- Manage the program space within the facility, including overseeing supply management both for program and housekeeping, area organization and cleanliness, and assist with the management of agency vehicles
- Assist with the intake process and transitions to and from the program including educating individuals and families about the program or program alternatives as needed, conducting school visits and attending transition meetings, scheduling and overseeing tryout days, and advocating for funding for individuals who would like to participate in the program
- Respond to immediate needs and emergencies related to staff, participants, and families
- Serve as a liaison between the agency at large and the LIFT site through communication as well as serving on agency committees and/or training
- Assist with implementing agency-wide initiatives within the LIFT department
- Support all St. Louis Arc diversity and disability inclusion practices/initiatives

What we expect of you:
The flexible, respectful individual we see is an innovative and quick thinker with these qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR at least six years of direct experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience supporting individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
- Three or more years of supervisory experience
- Experience providing Positive Behavior Supports
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) knowledge and/or experience is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance at the time of hire
