Your Role:

• Identifying and contacting homeowners primarily through door-knocking, although you certainly have the ability to generate leads however you want
• Documenting photographs for homeowners of any potential storm or other related damage to their roof or home
• Meeting directly with homeowners to educate them on the claims process and sign contingency restoration agreements
• Communicate with homeowner throughout the course of the process.

We employ an in-house Director of Claims that works directly with insurance providers so our sales team has the support when they need. If you're at all familiar with insurance restoration roofing sales, this is a HUGE BENEFIT! Learning this aspect of the business takes months, even years to be great at, having a resident expert can help this greatly. Our aim is to help you make money right away, as we provide a 30% commission to our sales reps! We handle all production work. You sell, we build!
