Senior Director, Global Footwear Design

Your opportunity at Arc’teryx: As the Senior Director, Global Footwear Design, you have the opportunity to define the design creative direction for Arc’teryx Footwear through a consumer-led vision. Your creative vision and passion for innovation will influence every aspect of our footwear product creation, including innovation, materials, color,  make, and aesthetic. Our Footwear business is evolving and is uniquely positioned to redefine technical performance footwear for the outdoors, leading with innovation & sustainability. Your focus will be on leading and inspiring the global design team, driving innovation, advanced concepts and articulating a footwear design creative vision that will exceed our guest’s evolving needs. This role is based out of our Portland office and is expected to be performed on-location.   Meet your future team: The Arc’teryx team creates innovative, beautiful product that exceeds the core mountain athlete’s needs in the outdoors.
