The Account Director is responsible for the success, growth, and profitability of client accounts and enables client retention and new business potential. You are responsible for managing multiple brands or multiple pieces of businesses within a single account. You will also have people who report to you. Compensation Range: $119,510 - $155,325 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. - Lead and actively contribute to the account planning process
- Leverage industry, agency, and technical knowledge to align products and services to meet existing and prospective client business needs (beginning to look beyond organic growth)
- Digital first mindset with the ability to connect the dots, and engage the appropriate resources, across the total media ecosystem
- Be the voice of commerce within an integrated agency team environment
- Champion big ideas and challenge status quo
- Consistently strengthen and add value to clients and actively forge new relationships
- Drive ongoing improvements in client satisfaction by ensuring client needs are heard and actively engaging in solutions and forward-thinking strategies
- Relationship guru for the client, internal teams and Publicis One partners
- Present multifaceted concepts in a simplified and persuasive manner
- Anticipate questions and be prepared to solve complex problems
- Key contributor to senior client discussions
- Manage and inspire the Business Leadership Team
- Connect the team to agency resources
- Early adopter of agency tools and processes
- Key contributor to agency thought leadership
- Non-food CPG experience preferred
- 9 years of integrated media experience
- Experience managing diverse portfolios and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to continuously problem solve complex business challenges and service clients
